Where is Olight SA?
olightstore.co.za is the online store that sells high performance brand torches and some accessories in South Africa. We have a local warehouse located in Limpopo, all orders can be shipped out within 24-48 hours after placed during working days. How does the Olight warranty work?

Is battery-leak damage covered by my warranty?
Olight warranty does not cover any damage due to a battery leak. You may, however, be able to get help from the battery manufacturer if a battery leak damages your flashlight.
I can't get my new light to turn on?
Each of our lights come with a user manual. Please fully read the user manual first, make sure the yellow battery tab is removed and if your torch comes with a tail cap, make sure it’s tightened fully.
The brightness of my torch drops when it is turned on. What’s wrong?
It is normal for a torch to start dimming down after being on for a few minutes, especially when it is on a high mode typically over 500 lumens. It is intentionally designed in this way to prevent the light head from reaching a high temperature which could damage the product itself or pose danger to the user. A low battery could also be another possible reason.
I cannot remove the head of the torch/headlamp. What’s wrong?
Most Olight torches and headlamps use a unibody structure that combines the components of the light into a whole, inseparable body, with only the tail cap removable to insert batteries. This structure greatly reduces the possibility of water damage and makes the build more robust.

When will my order ship?
Orders are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours after placed. During falshsale or holiday, orders can take longer to ship. Please keep an eye on our social media for updates, you can also track the status of your order by logging into your account.
How long will it take to deliver?
Once your order has been collected by globeflight, they aim to deliver within 3-5 working days.
Where can I track my order?
1. Once your order shipped, tracking number will be sent to you via email.
2. Or you can log into your account and check your orders status from history orders.
Once you received tracking number, you can go to Globeflight (https://globeflight.co.za/) to track the latest logistic information. Please allow the system take 24-48 hours to update the logistic information.
Why is my order still processing?
We have received your order but it has not yet been marked for dispatch. Once it has been packed the status will update. Please refer to “When will my order ship” above for more answers to this question.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed. We can cancel and refund you if your orders have not been marked as dispatched.

What torches should I buy?
You can select the category in the left side of our website to start your search for your Olight. Every product’s page will have technical specs and artwork so you can get a better idea of what choice to make.
What is the digital number on the barrel or bezel of my light?
There is a unique serial number on each flashlight which indicates the time of manufacturing. e.g H07186427, H means the production year 2017; 07 means production month July; 18 is the date, 6427 is the production number. So the manufacturing time of this flashlight is 07/18/2017.
What type of material is used for your flashlights?
Most standard Olight flashlights or headlamps are made with aluminum alloy with type III hard anodizing for their main body, with a small number of special editions using stainless steel, copper, titanium, or other materials.
Are Olight flashlights waterproof?
The majority of Olight products are waterproof with different standards, which were given in the form of IPX followed by a number, i.e IPX8, IPX7 etc, among which IPX8 is the highest indicating that the product can be submersed up to two meters for 30 minutes without damage. These standards are shown in the product’s page technical details.
What magnetic charging cable can fit my light?
MCC 1A Fit PL-Pro/ Seeker 2 pro/ Warrior X / M2R / S1R / S2R / S1R II / S2R II / S30R III / H1R/ H2R/ Array/Perun / Perun Mini. Please kindly use a power adapter above 5V/1A for normal use, in case the light indicator may flicker of light cannot be charged.
What batteries are used in your flashlights?
Olight products typically use Olight branded 18650 or CR123A/RCR123A Li-ion batteries as their power source and are included inside of the product. Other Li-ion batteries, i.e. 26650, built-in Lipo batteries, or AA, and AAA batteries are sometimes also used.
Do your flashlights come with batteries and a pocket clip?
Yes. Most Olight products have batteries included and provide necessary accessories such as a pocket clip, lanyard, charging cables, and so on.
